£90 + VAT for a 1 bed property
£100 + VAT for a 2 bed property
£120 + VAT for a 3 bed property

Parking and congestion charges may be applied. Prices can be negotiated for multiple properties.
Will I have to wait in all day?
No. We will provide you with a time slot for our arrival and a call or text when we are less than an hour away. We’ll keep in communication with you before we arrive, during our time there and after we have completed the work.
Are you qualified?
Yes. We are NICEIC registered and carry the prestigious Trust Mark logo.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, Apple pay and cash. Cheques are not accepted, unless agreed upon prior to the work being carried out. We also have world pay terminals, making it easier than ever to pay.
Will there be lots of mess and inconvenience?
Inspection & testing does not create mess, however we will need to turn off your electricity to work on the system. We use dust sheets to protect the furniture and surfaces, and always clean up after our work.
